Full interior demolition of the existing structure. Complete build-out of existing 30,000 sqft single-story metal building with a new septic system, tight tank, power service, and new parking lot. Design and construction will be of a Cannabis Cultivation Manufacturing, Processing, and Extraction Lab Facility.
