Project Details

Repurposing of existing 1,000,000 sqft two-story Manufacturing/Processing Facility into a World Class Cannabis Facility with Manufacturing, Processing and Extraction Lab. The project also included a brand new 400,000 sqft Innovation Center that was proposed to house world leading engineering, science and testing firms in the Cannabis industry.
