Project Details

Complete inteior demolition of a 2-story church. Full interior build-out of existing 32,000 sqft two-story concrete block and metal structure, which will be a fully operationing Cannabis Cultivation Manufactuing and Processing Facility. Exterior work consists of new tight tank, two 30,000 gallon under ground fire fighting water supply tanks, two new loading docks, reconfiguration of parking lot, curbing and sidewalks and two new structural mechanical equiment pads, with sound acoustical barriers.
